Disney Treasure: Discover the Captivating New Voyage Coming to the High Seas!

The Disney Cruise Line recently introduced their newest ship, Disney Treasure, which will soon join their existing fleet of captivating ships.  Disney Treasure will encompass the spirit of adventure with touches based on the far-reaching realms of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and classic Disney Parks attractions.  Let’s take a look at all that is known so far about this new addition!

What’s New On Disney Treasure?

Although the Disney Treasure is similar to the Disney Wish, there are plenty of new spaces to be discovered. Here are the details that are known so far:

Grand Hall

The Grand Hall found on the Disney Treasure is inspired by Asia, Africa, and the far off-land of Agrabah. Here is where a golden statue of Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Magic Carpet will welcome Guests on their journey. This space will transform to an immersive entertainment venue for character meet & greets and performances. There are 2 specialty walk up cafés located just off the Grand Hall - Heihei Café which is inspired by Moana and Jade Cricket Café which is inspired by Mulan.

3 New Dining Rooms

As with the other ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Disney Treasure features rotational dining. This allows Guests to experience all of the dining rooms throughout their sailing. The dining staff will follow Guests during their rotational experience. The 3 dining rooms that are found on the Disney Treasure include:

  • Plaza De Coco - This theatrical dining experience is inspired by Pixar’s “Coco”. Guests will savor flavors of Mexico while celebrating the Rivera family hertiage with Miguel and his familia. Guests get to dining here at least twice during their voyage and different shows will be featured each night.

  • Worlds of Marvel - This cinematic dining experience is a multi-night adventure featuring cuisine inspired by the origins of some of Guests favorite Marvel heroes, including classic American fare and African flavors.

  • 1923 - While this dining room is technically found on the Disney Wish, the one located on Disney Treasure will be a little different. 1923 on the Disney Treasure will feature adventure-themed artwork based on Disney and Pixar films, such as Encanto, Finding Nemo, Aladdin, The Lion King, Tarzan, and more.

Jumbeaux’s Sweets

This is inspired by Disney’s Zootopia. With items such as homemade gelato and ice cream, specialty treats, candies, and more, it is the perfect place for Guests to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Live Shows

The Walt Disney Theatre will be home to live shows, such as Beauty and the Beast and Disney Seas the Adventure, an original stage spectacular featuring Goofy and other Disney and Pixar friends.

AquaMouse

The Disney Treasure has the addition of a 3rd adventure in this popular water attraction. Guests will tour the ruins of an ancient temple with Mickey and Minnie Mouse in search of legendary treasure as they splash, drift, and slide around the top deck of the ship in this water-coaster ride!

Sarabi

This is a new entertainment venue based on The Lion King. During the day, it is a place for families to gather before transforming to an adult-exclusive lounge in the evening. This space will be used for musical performances, comedy acts, and family game shows.

Skipper Society

This is a new exclusive adult-only lounge based on The Jungle Book.

Periscope Pub

This is a new exclusive adult-only lounge based on the Disney park attraction, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Submarine Voyage.
