It depends. Travel Advisors may charge a nominal planning or research fee based on the destination, party size, and complexity of the trip. Any such fees are shared with clients during the quote process.

If you’d like to plan special events, book dining reservations, or more, we are here to answer any questions you may have. Your Travel Advisor must be the one to make certain changes to your reservations such as adding or taking away a guest, changing dates, and applying payments.

Yes, however, it will depend on availability. Our Travel Advisors are notified when a new promotion is offered by Disney and other suppliers, and they will automatically look at your reservation to apply the best available rate for your vacation package. Price-monitoring is one of our planning services.

If you’ve already booked your trip with Disney in the last 30 days and have not paid in full, we can transfer your reservation to our care. If you have booked more than 30 days ago, have paid in full, or are using DVC points or a timeshare, we can still help you! In most cases, we can offer our services for a reasonable Planning Fee. Please inquire for more details.

If you booked your non-Disney trip directly with a supplier, you may be able to transfer your reservation to our care. Please inquire for further details.

Our travel planning services don’t stop at Disney! We have a vast amount of experience traveling all over the world and assisting with destination weddings! Request a Quote, or Contact Us, and we will connect you with a Travel Advisor that specialized in the destination you are interested in.

The suppliers we work with have varied cancellation policies which your Travel Advisor will make you aware of at the time of booking. Our Travel Advisors also reserve the right to charge fees for cancellations and modifications. These details will be shared during the quoting process.

Yes, we encourage you to protect your vacation investment by purchasing travel insurance. We offer trip insurance quotes from several preferred suppliers that offer you the lowest cost policies with the most coverage. We are not Travel Insurance experts, but we do highly recommend trip insurance!
