Universal Orlando Resort is home to Halloween Horror Nights each year. This year, the World’s Premier Halloween Event will be back for a record-breaking 44 nights in 2023! Read on for more about this exciting special event that takes place at Universal Studios Florida.
What Can I Expect To Find At The 2023 Halloween Horror Nights?
The event this year will be a hauntingly good time! The event will have:
10 Haunted Houses
5 Scare Zones
Live Entertainment
Rides and Attractions
Themed Food & Drinks
Themed Merchandise
Details about the Haunted Houses and Scare Zones have not yet been released but we will update this blog when more details become available. For anyone who has never experienced these Haunted Houses, they are amazing! It is like walking onto a movie set and being thrown in the midst of a horror film.
Select rides and attractions at Universal Studios Florida are also open during the event.
What Dates Will Halloween Horror Nights Take Place in 2023?
Halloween Horror Nights will take place on select nights September 1 to October 31, 2023. Exact dates include:
September 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30
October: 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31
With the exception of Halloween night, all dates are Wednesday through Sunday. The event starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 2 AM.
How Do I Attend Halloween Horror Nights?
There are plenty of options for anyone who wants to experience this special event! Options currently include single night tickets as well as special Halloween Horror Nights hotel and ticket packages. Don’t forget to add on a Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass to skip the regular lines once at all the haunted houses or a Halloween Horror Nights R.I.P. Tour which is a VIP Tour during the event.
And for those who are either super fans of all things horror, or just not sure if this is the event for them, consider the Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour. This is a daytime lights-on V.I.P. tour of select haunted houses. The tour guides give you a behind the scenes look at the houses toured and it is a great way to experience the haunted houses without fear!
