One of the main things I love about Hard Rock Hotel® is the close proximity to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, as well as CityWalk. The walking trails will get you to the front gate of Universal Studios within 10 to 12 minutes and to Islands of Adventure in 15 minutes. Of course it depends on the speed you walk, and if you prefer you can take a water taxi instead! Volcano Bay is accessible by a complimentary shuttle.
This hotel provides many levels of accommodations from standard rooms to suites. With standard rooms starting at 375 sq ft, you can relax in comfort and style with garden or pool views. Need more room? Suites offer 650 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft depending on your needs with Future Rock Star Suites geared towards kids, 2 or 3 bedroom King Suites, and 1 or 2 bedroom Hospitality Suites with an oversized kitchenette.

The uniqueness of Hard Rock Hotel® shines through in many of their activities. “Velvet Sessions” are where concerts and cocktails mix. Performers of the past include Bret Michaels, Joan Jett, Foreigner, Eddie Money, and many more. (currently not running) Swim in a 12,000 sq ft pool listening to underwater tunes, with a 260-foot slide, two hot tubs, real sand beach, and a volleyball court. Want to rock out in your room? You surely can! Rent equipment from a menu of 20 different Fender® guitars or a Crosley turntable with your choice of 10 iconic records to tune into and experience.

The Kitchen will be sure to appease everyone with comfort foods and American eats. Grab some coffee, after park ice cream, or anytime snacks at Emack and Bolio’s Marketplace. For laid back fun, get poolside or lounge chair service at Beachclub. For more upscale experiences, head to The Palm for steak dinners or the Velvet Bar for drinks and appetizers.

Worried about having a reservation? Don’t be! One of the advantages of staying at a Premier level resort is priority seating at select restaurants. It’s sure to make you feel like a VIP!
CityWalk
Staying on property, to include the Hard Rock Hotel, has other great perks like resort-wide charging privileges using your room key. Purchases can be delivered back to your room from the parks. No need to carry it around all day, so you can easily enjoy more attractions!
One of my favorite perks is taking advantage of early park admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ one hour before the parks open (valid theme park admission required). This is great for getting a jump start on all the fun ahead of the crowds. But arguably the best perk is beating the long wait for rides.
