Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar Review

Come explore Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Resort Hotel.  Explorers will find Trader Sam's is the perfect place to relax, whether its after a day in the parks or for grabbing a  bite to eat. If you are poolside, there is a wait staff that will bring you tropical drinks from Trader Sam's.  You can also choose a seat inside the south seas styled tiki bar or tables outside to enjoy the sunshine or moonlight.  Little Explorers are not allowed in the bar after 8:00pm.

Food

We found they have a light menu that covers tacos, burgers, hot dogs, rice bowls, salads and appetizers all with an Asian and Tropical flair.   I highly recommend the Pupu Platter if you are looking for a sampling of appetizers!  The platter comes with Sweet-and-Spicy Asian Wings, Fried Spring Rolls, Panko-crusted Chinese Long Beans, Pork Gyoza, and Togarashi Aïoli.  The mix of flavors all went well together showing off the all the tropical flavors Trader Sam's has to offer.

Drinks

The bartenders inside are fun, engaging and fast in whipping up the specialty drinks that separate Trader Sam's from other restaurants around Disneyland.  They offer some outstanding mixed drinks, beer, wine and Sam’s No-Booze Brews.  Some of Trader Sam's crazy concoctions include: the HippopotoMai-Tai, Shipwreck on the Rocks, Krakatoa Punch and of course the Shrunken Zombie Head.  Our team agreed all the drinks were excellent and the bartenders made sure you got your moneys worth!
