It’s always nice to have a great place to rest and relax after spending a fun-filled day at Universal Orlando’s theme parks. Universal Orlando has 8 resort hotels that can be separated into 4 different categories. Today we will explore the Universal Orlando Premier Resorts category!
What are the Universal Premier Resorts?
Universal Orlando had 3 resorts that fall in to the Premier Resorts category. They are:
Loews Royal Pacific Resort
Hard Rock Hotel
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
Resort Layout
Each resort hotel has a hotel lobby with guest rooms located nearby. Guest rooms may or may not be housed in separate wings or towers. The one thing that all 3 of these resorts have in common is that the guest rooms open to an interior hallway.
Dining Options
The Universal Premier Resorts have the most dining options of all the resort categories. Options may vary based on the resort but in general guests can expect to have access to options such as:
Full-Service Restaurants
24-Hour Room Service
Food Court Dining/ Grab-and-Go Options
Bar and Lounge
Amenities
The Universal Premier Resorts offer guests a great selection of amenities. Specific amenities may vary on the resort, but guests can expect items such as a pool with poolside activities, a fitness center, an arcade, a walking and jogging path, and a Universal Studios Store. The Premier Resorts also offer venues for weddings or other special events!
Theme Park Transportation
The Universal Preferred Resorts have both a complimentary shuttle bus and water taxi to Universal CityWalk which is where the entrance to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks can be found. There is also a walking path if walking is preferred. A dedicated bus route is used to take guests to Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park.
