Walt Disney World® Resort has introduced the Disney Genie Service to the My Disney Experience app to help you make the most out of your park time. This new service includes Disney Genie, Disney Genie +, and Individual Attraction Selection. This new service is available starting October 19, 2021.

This complimentary service is available for all ticketed guests. Genie Service will create a personalized itinerary based on your specific likes and interests. It will continuously update itinerary recommendations throughout the day. It's full features include:

Real Time Tip Board
Forecasted Wait Times
Virtual Assistant
Mobile Food Orders
Restaurant Wait List, Check In and Reservation
Attraction Virtual Queues
Standby Attraction Queues Wait Times
Disney Genie + Service
This "for purchase" service gives you access to skip the stand by queue and use the Lightning Lane for over 40 attractions. This can be added to your vacation package by your Travel Advisor at time of booking or up to the day prior to check in. You can also add it day by day at the parks. It is available for purchase at midnight and you can book your first Lightning Lane reservation starting at 7:00am. It's full features include:
Lightning Lane Access to skip the stand by queue (Once per attraction)
Allows you to make one Lightning Lane reservation at a time
The costs is $15 Per Person, Per Day
Gives access to Augmented Reality Lenses for your Smartphone
Audio Tales - Auto added to your My Day Tab
Individual Attraction Selections
This "for purchase" service allows you to reserve a Lightning Lane on the day of your visit for some of Disney's most popular attractions. You can reserve two attractions per day and is subject to limited availability. These select attractions are not available with Genie +. Prices will vary by date, by theme park and by attraction. Your Lightning Lane reservation can by booked at 7:00am for Guests staying at a Disney Resort property. If you are staying off property, it can be reserved at park opening based on availability.
