Travel to Hawaii is open and the islands are saying "Aloha" to tourists! But, before you decide to travel to this popular vacation destination, there are new state Covid-19 travel guidelines to follow. Visitors can now by-pass the mandatory 14-day quarantine by providing a negative coronavirus test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Hawaii by approved providers.
